- Work Flexibility - Diverse Experience - The manager I worked with was very personable and understanding about the workload
Cons
- Unhealthy work environment among leadership it's very cliquey (First day of onboarding we had dinner at the president's apartment and he could only talk negatively about past employees it was a very stressful work environment) - The job prides itself in data-informed decisions but from my experience, you will show the data to leaders and nothing will be done. - Understaffed so you will be doing the work of a couple of people.
