The lack of progression taking this job has really hindered me as they don’t do anything to progress you further you are just a slave to their clients (who treat you like crap) No bonuses for majority of the work force for years now Cutting down bus times which makes it harder for some of us who live far away to get into the office No job security at all they’ll make u redundant then go hire in India as its a separate entity they can bypass any laws about making people redundant A take take company they never give anything back
