      Diverse and holistic overview of SLDC, taken out of comfort zone from just Java development to DevOps, Infrastructure management, Networking, extensive end to end testing and so on

      Cons

      Very imbalanced hierarchy which skews the focus on projects. Drop all projects and focus on the mission critical task mentality.
