Shocking - Customer Service THG Employee Review

Absolutely shocking they higher temps over the busy period and tell them 3 months then drop them 5 weeks after they have used them, they higher apprenticeship just to use them as they are cheap labour when they are supposed to have 6 hours minimum study each week which was never given to them, and then they get dropped as well like temps without a warning so they can’t even complete the apprenticeship. All the staff is treated awful and expect to more then they can, team leaders think they are more powerful then they are.
