People are nice - Technician THB Group Employee Review

There are clear favourites and brown-nosers are rocketed to the top, work is boring and repetitive, made to feel like a number and not an employee, forced out of a role I was comfortable with to fill a gap for the sake of it, felt like I was under the radar. Flexible working would have been appreciated to fit around workloads and the peaks and troughs of the insurance industry. Very cliquey, if you didn't fit in you would feel left out.
