The THA Group is experiencing a catastrophic employee turnover rate in every level of its organization. Almost entire staff at the executive level changes in few year intervals and they have a chronic shortage of nursing staff as many nurses end up staying only few months. This agency doesn't offer automatic annual pay raises and some employees have stayed in the same salary even after a decade long service.
