      Friendly coworkers, slack on rules, minimal dress code

      Cons

      Horrible management and upper management, consistently trying to do more work with less employees with little compensation (we only got one raise in the last 2 years), shoddy maintenance of machines

      The team you are surrounded by is very helpful and there for you. Management felt more like a team than a hierarchy. Learning Oppurtouinites.

      Sometimes it seems like high school drama, but that was all getting settled out when my time ended there.
