Pros
Used to be a well respected industry leader where some of the most knowledgeable people were working and providing great results to clients.
Cons
After their buyout the new business strategy was nowhere near what the former was and they truly "lost something along the way". They have gone from being a high end boutique firm to a Walmart type environment where quality and execution no longer matter. They have recruited numerous overseas based employees to work overseas in order to pay less money than they would have to pay to an american citizen traveling abroad to work.
