      pay, insurance, clients, and people. I love it

      Cons

      Administration sucks. I had the most unprofessional interview of my life there. The CEO was chewing tobacco and interrupting my presentation the entire way through.

      Meaningful work and great co-workers.

      Cons

      Disconnect with leadership, rash decisions being made that have bigger consequences than they prepared for where program staff then have to fill in the gaps
