      Annual bonus and flat culture.

      Cons

      They deduct EPF from our salary but don't deposit it to our account at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.

      Professional Offer and employment letter. Leaves can be taken when needed. No Micromanagement

      Cons

      They dont pay EPF and ETF for all the employees. They pay for one or two months and then thats it.
