Cool coworkers, weekly happy hours, fun subject of work
Cons
Not neurodivergent friendly, lack of clear communication and expectations, blatant nepotism and favoritism, no job security or professional development, revolving door team management style as many of my fellow art team members were let go for seemingly no reason or because sales weren't able to do their jobs to the CEO's liking. I suspect they hire younger people because management finds them to be agreeable and easily manipulatable.
