I have been at TGG for a year now and I can honestly say it has been such a breath of professional air. TGG has a very clear mission set by the founder and CEO of the company, and followed by every single teammate. Pro's are quite a lot but I will summarize: The leadership at TGG is truly inspiring. They not only set a clear vision but also support and empower their teams to achieve it. Their open-door policy and willingness to listen, take and give feedback has lead to me feeling very supported. I've had the privilege of working alongside incredibly talented and supportive teammates. Collaboration and teamwork are deeply ingrained in our culture, creating a positive and motivating environment. I have never been in a work environment where the entire company has learned, embraced and diligently follow the company values. Trust is a cornerstone of TGG's culture. Employees are trusted to manage their responsibilities autonomously, fostering a great sense of ownership and accountability. This trust not only boosts morale but also encourages innovation and growth. It encourages people that the sky is the limit for us.

Honestly, it's challenging to identify any notable cons at TGG. My experience here has been overwhelmingly positive.
