      Terrible management. Terrible Schedules. Poor pay. Stupid people in upper management all the way down through lower management.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
