Cons
This is hard work that isn't your typical driving job. You will be delivering heavy and long items off a lift-gate. You will have to break down certain types of freight for customers. You will be in tight neighborhoods. When you start you will be on the bottom of the list and you will be getting the least pleasant route and work a lot of evening OT the Senior guys don't want. You will be under pressure to make all your deliveries and pick ups. You will have to work the dock in all types of weather. Management outside of the Terminal Level doesn't seem to understand how to run an LTL company.
