At the bottom, so no where to go but up. Focusing on the right things some of the time: quality and service. Open to change. Investment in the company assets is happening.
Cons
The right change is slow. Cost comes before customer experience. Never stick to one plan. Incredibly long hours. Stagnate pay at best. Benefits are below industry standard. Morale is awful. Every 3 months people are laid off. Feels like its a "when" not "if" it happens for current employees, so they don't care either. Employees at any level aren't valued. Dehumanizing culture. Employees referred to as bodies. 2 minorities in leadership. 0 stars, do not recommend.
