      Good environment and team atmosphere. Lots of opportunity as the company rebuilds after sale by UPS. Flexible work once you’ve established yourself.

      Lots of time in the company needed to move up.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
