$29.90 at this time Nov 2021 for p&d drivers ..on top. Health plan . Pension vacations etc . Easier than before less deliveries. Less stress . Less pick ups but more profitable. Union job more increment to hourly rate at beginning of year and at middle of the year
Cons
Tforce having a hard time getting good dock workers. A lot of lazy people.
