      pay, insurance costs are very low

      Cons

      Oldest equipment in the industry, we have more broken down deadline trucks than actual running trucks, and the ones that are on the road all have a check engine light on. The management just turned down all the equipment to 65mph, so the average day just got longer by an hour, no extra compensation.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
