      Colleagues are great Free water in the office

      - After an investor took over this company in 2019 everyone is fighting for themselves - The word "Trust" is used for/by/with everything, but no one of the upper management is showing trustworthy behavior or trust his/her employees - People are dismissed by SMS instead of their Linemanagers taking the effort - Deadlines are put onto the 27-Dec - Linemanagers do not care for any of the employees concerns - HR is not able of counting hrs of overtime or holidays correctly - less payment than average - not up to date systems - time allocation does (FTE) not meet the actual needs - HR is only caring for their own benefits
