Thank you so much for giving feedback about your experience with our company because your feedback helps us improve. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience was a negative one. Here at TFP Fertility UK we strongly believe in employee satisfaction and strive to have an engaged and well rewarded workforce. We have also been working hard to introduce new initiatives with employee satisfaction in mind. We have introduced Induction Days for all new starters on which they get to meet the Senior Leadership Team and other colleagues from across the business. During this day new starters hear from our UK Managing Director, HR, operations, marketing and finance and gain insight into organisational goals. They get to ask any questions they have and learn from other new starters about their roles. We have an appraisal process in place that gives colleagues the opportunity to set their own objectives and work together to review these on a regular basis. We have introduced colleague roadshows, once a quarter our UK Managing Director visits each clinic to share company updates and insight and marketing and operations also join this session to share updates and take questions. We have implemented LGBT training for colleagues and plan continue rolling this out over the coming year. We have developed a colleague newsletter in print and email format to share updates from across the company. The UK Senior Leadership Team has been restructured and are regularly out and about in clinics to hear from colleagues and update on projects they’re involved in. Employees are recognised for their hard work and pay rises have been awarded for the past 3 years including this year.
