Lots of growth brings lots of new problems and challenges

Employees receive a couple of benefits, but with how awful everything else is, they aren't worth it. Working here has been such a miserable experience so far, and I doubt that's going to change anytime soon. Staying away from TFM would be in your best interests; don't make the same mistake I made.

Employees are treated as nothing more than disposable tools meant to be used. Management pushes us to meet unrealistic targets with absolutely no concern for our morale or well-being. Support was nonexistent; every time we encountered a problem, we were left to deal with things by ourselves. Our pay is insultingly low and doesn't match how heavy our workloads are, and we're often paid late. Employees are already suffering so much, but management just has to make things worse by constantly disrespecting us. Even if you were desperate for work, I would never recommend working here to anyone, ever.
