Pros

B2B sales experience (kind of) I'd write more if there were more, but you'd be better off waiting tables at a decent restaurant.

Cons

100% Cold Calling (let's be honest) Extreme favoritism How many BDE's have been here for more than 12 months? Pretty much sums it up. And seriously...how are all the "amazing" & "awesome" reviews for this place written on 2 specific days?? (Cause the boss made all the employees write them!)

I love responding to these ridiculous anonymous reviews. See below for my detailed responses to your unfounded accusations. 1. 100% Cold Calling (let's be honest) My Response- That's exactly what all potential BDE's are told in the Interview. You must not be a good listener... 2. How many BDE's have been here for more than 12 months? My Response - All of them! We have had zero turnover with our BDE's in the last 12 months interestingly enough :-). Actually we have added to our BDE team. Maybe you had a different title and don't remember because you were not a BDE if you were here in the last 12 months? Hmmm..... 3. And seriously...how are all the "amazing" & "awesome" reviews for this place written on 2 specific days?? My Response - I will tell you why because only negative people write things like this anonymously because they are cowards. So I, Mike Wagner, the CEO asked employee's to post their honest opinions about working here at TFM and they did so. I did not keep track of who wrote what nor did I direct them to say anything untrue. I asked them to put their honest opinions up to combat the unethical lying reviews that bitter ex-employee's write who have nobody but themselves to blame for no longer working at TFM. 4. Stop misleading people with your "6 figure" promises. My Response - The current sales staff seems to have found them to be true :-). I guess you just didn't have what it takes to be successful in that position. I am not sure what you are so bitter about but if you moved on good luck to you. If you were fired, remember that we don't fire anybody here at TFM you only fire yourself by not doing you JOB. Maybe next time don't take a job that you are told is 100% Cold Calling and then complain about it anonymously on some job board that nobody cares about. I really have zero issues with honest feedback but unfortunately that is rare on these platforms. We are not a perfect company by any stretch but at the same time I can't stand when people just go out to websites like this and flat out lie about everything they experienced here at TFM to discourage other motivated people who want to make money and potentially work here at TFM. Again good luck to you I hope you find what you are looking for. Some advice for you: Try holding yourself accountable in your next job and then maybe you won't have to keep blaming others for your personal failures. Best Regards, (Not anonymous) Mike Wagner President/CEO Target Freight Management

Pros

You can choose whether to work in person, hybrid, or remote.

Cons

Everyone's expected to deliver perfect results when our work situation is far from perfect! Our salary doesn't even match the amount of work and stress we get from the job! And TFM's leadership is an entirely different kind of stress to deal with. Overall, working here was super stressful!
