      Pros

      -Decent people to hang with -Sharp folks in the marketing dept.

      Cons

      - NO clear plans for expansion in U.S. - NO health insurance (even when promised) - NO 401k - NO sales software tools (just a simple CRM) - NO WFH - 5-days in-office (cramped WeWork) - NO severance, improvement plan, notice, or respect at the end. -Sales cycle is sloppy & dragged-out, very tough bringing partners on in a timely manner.

      A few members are fun to hang around outside of work

      Cons

      - Zero 401k - Zero severance - Zero insurance benefits - Zero health benefits - Zero flexibility (5 days in office) - Zero expansion plan for the US market - Zero respect for employees. All treated like $$$ This business and It’s management are incredibly rigid and emotionless. Bottom line is their only concern and will not listen to any concerns you have. Management is a group of people who have done business together for years, and treat everyone as peasants. If you want to feel like a prisoner in the workplace, this is your place to be.
