Pros

Friendly peers, they’ll tell you you’re amazing. Work from home opportunities Nice home office set up

Cons

Zero structure in training. Your mistakes count against you while training. No feedback will be offered by management They will tell you you’re doing amazing all the time so they don’t have to train you. Bulky out of date systems for processes that should take 5 minutes Watch your back here the grass is full of snakes

Pros

I've really enjoyed my time at TEVET. The leadership team is supportive and approachable, communication is open and transparent, and the company genuinely cares about its employees and the surrounding community. The work environment promotes collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. I feel respected, included, and truly valued in my role.

Cons

Workload can be demanding at times, especially during peak periods, but the team support makes it manageable.

Pros

The people you work with are genuinely great and there are some very talented individuals across the company. Team members are supportive, willing to help, and make the day-to-day environment more enjoyable. I built strong relationships during my time there. However, one thing that stood out was how often people would quietly say “run” when you first joined. At first I honestly thought it was just a running joke or sarcasm, but over time I started to understand why so many employees felt that way.

Cons

Training was disappointing and there was no clear direction or structured roadmap for success. Multiple employees openly mentioned that it takes about a year to truly learn and master the role, yet decisions around employment often felt based more on “feelings” than realistic performance expectations or development timelines. Priorities and expectations seemed unclear, communication could be inconsistent, and overall stability felt uncertain. While there are hardworking people throughout the company, the environment can become stressful and difficult to navigate long term. If you are being recruited for a role here, be careful and make sure expectations, compensation structure, and long-term plans are clearly defined upfront because retention decisions can feel unpredictable.
