Colleagues are great if you need a hand or help your team will help the most.
Cons
Very little communication between the different sections in maintenance. Line managers don’t know what it’s like on the floor. You’re often found in a position where you’re doing jobs that you know that your management won’t approve of because store management are pressing about other jobs.
