Small & dynamic company environment with lot of opportunity to learn. Good salary.
Cons
Extraordinarily abusive & insulting. Can only work if you don't care about your dignity & professionalism. No professional or personal integrity in the management. Employees are treated like slaves. If you don't attend calls on weekends, someone will show up at your house to pick you up. It's simple harassment.
