Pros

After 20 years of working and startups, my best company experience to date! Incredibly fair and courteous CEO, leadership and HR. Only left to try things at "way" smaller scale. Would work here again in a second! In fact we will probably work together again. Very talented group of people. People here work, most of them can do work of 2-3 people as compared to other companies. If you are planning to chill or cruise, do not come to Tegile. Almost every single person is a team player and wants to help you. You will get a lot of leeway to execute on your goals once you prove yourself, especially at leadership levels. Exciting industry and space. Best product portfolio out of all storage companies. It has to be to sell! Tegile, at this scale has to be several time (multiple x) better than other companies already established in the market. Tegile is delivering on this promise with ever growing sales. Once even more recognition comes this multiple (x) will result in better margins and more revenue than completion. This is a no brainer for your career if you can get in. The bar is starting to be very high.

Cons

There is not a single negative thing about this company, CEO or the leadership. I only left because I wanted to have experiences for which this company is already too large and established. However the storage industry is very competitive with few big players which have been in the market for 30+ years. As member of Tegile team you will have to earn every single dollar of revenue. As the company grows this will also become easier.
