      Pros

      You have job security. If you are happy to stay in one place for years with little to no room for growth or learning, TECOM is a great place.

      Cons

      Over the 14+ years I have had more than 7 managers curbing any potential for growth. My last manager was the most racist, abusive and disrespectful. 3 loyal employees including me resigned during her tenure.
