      Pros

      You get off at 3pm done for the day done for the day .. winter time not much to do

      Cons

      Too much drama. Supervisor jimmy should be the regional manager he will train you and be there for you but the manager horrible .. he will leave you in the field stuck with no help & you can’t call for help

      Pros

      The pay is good the benefits and maybe the retirement package.

      Cons

      Lacks the proper staffing to train appropriately new hires mgmt has only minimum experience with little to no experience on new/older units. Company has a lack of experienced technicians. They can only keep units running that has been running since install with no knowledge/experience/skills to diagnose minor/major mechanical/electrical faults associated with CHP units.
