Pros
Heavily invests in training and development, helping employees chase their professional goals. Leadership that cares. Friendly and fun, yet professional atmosphere. Family oriented. Beautiful new office in downtown. No micromanaging, people here are self-starters. Flexible schedules and 9/80. Great pay and benefits. Plenty of opportunity for growth and advancement. People enjoy the challenges seem happy and fulfilled in their careers overall. I want to mention that after many years of trying, TEC has finally (just recently) cleaned out the last of the toxicity. The difference is night and day. Recent hires are motivated and hit the ground running, not bogged down by negativity and drama that used to be.
Cons
Small company = many hats. Sometimes employees need to be flexible and take things on that aren't in their job description. Some see this as a con. I think it makes me a more well-rounded employee and keeps life interesting.
