Shockingly poor management CEO speaks complete nonsense Toxic, cult of leader culture Pointless internal meetings Quite possibly the most toxic place I have ever worked in my life. The CEO is full of himself and speaks nonsense. He seems to be a massive Trump fan. There is a real cult of leadership here. If you are happy to suck up then this is the place for you. What he says goes, no matter how nuts his position is. There is no support provided to developing staff. The business model is hire lots of cheap juniors to do the work- this is not a place for you if you want to progress and develop your career, despite what the owner will tell you. Massive new business hustle culture too. There is a clique too and if you are not part of it, you will not be given pay rises or promoted. They also insist on being in the office 4 days a week which is way too much. It is there to control staff. The owner doesnt realise the pandemic has changed ways of working permanently. Very inconsiderate towards those parents with children who need the flexibility to work from home at times. I would only recommend working here if you are desperate and have been unemployed for years on end.
