I like the people and the work. I get to do things at a higher level than the other guys at school at different companies. I get to do about anything but other compines stick people in a job where they only do one thing like floor boxes forever.

I had to buy a bender, sawzal and drill.

Good work environment Lots of learning

Management is not mature and they make work feel draining
