Pros
The new GM seems to be more connected with employees and with clients.
Cons
Most of the upper management is so far removed from clients and the industry, they can not be effective with their decisions. A majority of the experienced employees have been driven away, with a majority of the turnover occurring over the last two years. It seems like it may be too late for the division to turn around.
