Constant Threat of Layoffs - Materials Planner TE Connectivity Employee Review

Constant threat of layoffs made for a very uncomfortable working environment. Within my three years at the company there were five layoffs at the facility in PA and two plant closures within the U.S. It was either feast or famine - they were either running on mandatory overtime or laying employees off. No middle ground.
