      Pay was pretty nice. PTO and 401K was average. Team cohesion is pretty strong, but varies from team to team

      Cons

      Forget work-life balance. This is a place where most cannot take all earned vacation as there is too much to do nor does the culture support it. You work 10+hr/ day at the office and then sign on from home after dinner, on the weekends, and during vacations.

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
