Pros
They paid me above average but only because I had some tenure.
Cons
Lack of training. No identification of resources when not available. No consideration when resources are not present. Demands were communicated on immediate basis only. Would not reduce workload when health issues and stress were affected. Management would target individuals and intimidate them to resign or remove them if they made a non-conforming decision. Targeted the over-50 group of long timers as TE could not afford their vacations and higher-level pay. Removed work force employees who had core knowledge of how to do things that no one else had, limiting manufacturing, processing, and approval throughput.
