Pros
Organized, job is defined and doesn’t experience duties-creep - you’ll do what you were hired for. Team is good. Company actually cares about safety and well-being of employees at the highest levels. Operations team tries hard daily to make the best of what they’ve been given. Management turnover rate not great, but middle-management down enjoys long retention time.
Cons
Extremely bureaucratic, far too much metrics reporting, directors and high ranking personnel not close to the work despite company stressing a Gemba culture. Profound disconnection at some levels from reality of staff onsite. HR team largely self-protective and routinely violates own ethics policies.
