      I enjoyed working there due to friendly teams all over company, possibilities to grow if you wanted + top vacation allowance

      Before Covid, they were not open to smart working, however, it proved the efficiency and so the hybrid work became a standard

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
