Not too stressful. They will pay for training to improve your skills
Cons
They don't communicate well with interns about getting a salaried full-time role. There really isn't a set end date for the internship so you're left hanging for months wondering if you'll get an offer. I've been doing good work here for almost a year post-college graduation and I don't see an offer in sight even after talking with management many times.
