Competitive pay for the size. Many nice people.
Cons
Many executives use antiquated management style and have not prioritized their own growth or learned how to manage the last two generations to enter the workforce. Most leaders are focused on keeping their executive bosses happy and that takes priority over finding the best solution for the company. As a result, it crushes the motivation of workers hoping to grow and advance. Simply put, this is an old school company with old school values and behaviors.
