Pros
Small team which means you get involved in all aspects of the business. The team are friendly and very supportive and the work can be varied.
Cons
If you work with just one client for any length of time then you can find yourself in a bit of a no-mans-land where you don't work for the client but you lose touch with the TDP team and don't really feel part of either. There is some uncertainty about where the work is going to come from, so don't always feel that secure.
