Pros

good teamwork, room for advancement if youre in the right department, almost entirely commercial work, paid vacation/ sick leave, good work/life balance, new vehicles to those who get them, uniforms partially paid, no layoff/termination for being sick, long term employment, steady work, free training classes ESOP, match retirement contributions 30%, hard to get fired

Cons

not top pay for commercial work, too much micro management, lack of trust towards field hands, GPS, empty promises about raises, promotions and top pay, lack of tools and equipment to perform tasks, management passes the buck A LOT, very profit driven, lack of training, management expects tech/mechanics to do an abundance of paperwork, sales, quotes, phone calls etc but does not reward for it. Much concern about an individuals profitability at the instant but not down the road, this leads to guys never completely learning the trade and hiring from outside the company.The outside "experienced" hires get paid lots more for their knowledge than guys that have been around longer and just havent been trained. Lack of OJT. Junior guys are sent to perform tasks they are not trained to do but are expected to do the job regardless. Meetings about meetings on top of meetings. Most of the meetings are about internal and office related issues. Field hands are left in the dark about everything except for profit and revenue. Way too much chaos. Poor planning and assignments.If the amount of focus on the jobs was equal to how people did their paperwork and invoices this company could be much more profitable.
