Best company to work for - Technical Support Engineer TDI Refrigeration Employee Review

I came to TD Refrigeration I in July of 2020 after being at my previous employment for 14 years in a completely different field. They welcomed me with an open mind knowing that I would have to ask many questions and learn a whole new shop software and how they run their business. To say their support has been amazing for me. I have received many 1:1’s and can be completely up front with what is on my mind including any obstacles I am facing. I do work in the office and feel I could say my thoughts/opinions without any judgment and that my ideas would be listened to. I feel like I have a great relationship with the technicians as well as office staff. I feel like I witnessed a surge in accountability and stepping up within the company. Even though the employees didn’t change (employee turnover), the momentum, response times and paperwork got leaps and bounds better towards the end of the year and continuing into 2021. I feel this upswing will only continue to lay the framework for an even stronger company.
