      Nice folks who care about their mission

      Cons

      Certain top level directors show blatant favoritism towards specific staff. Those with access to directors get promoted faster. Staff no venue to complain when they are not happy. Things are not fixed; they only put bandaids on problems. No system in place to ensure fairness

      Mostly in office roles now, if you don’t live in Austin the commute can be a bear.
