Company Review - Dispatcher TDC Transport Employee Review

Best in class. This is the second time I worked for them. They are always fair, give lots of miles and treat me with respect...No issues if you are a hard worker. Pay is consistent and trucks are in good shape. I recommend to anyone who wants to drive for a great team who treats everyone with respect.

Not always home early on Fridays, but I think my dispatcher tries his best.

Personally, the TDC yard location a few minutes from my home is the only plus about this company....

Low pay scale. Not at all what they tell you upon hire Don't believe the hogwash about putting in the miles gets you more cpm. You can't get the extra miles in if TDC doesn't give the miles to you in the first place. You will be put in situations sitting for hours and days, just like being held a "hostage" FOR FREE while you babysit there freight and equipment. Also, TDC hires unqualified people to play the part of "Driver Managers". People that know absolutely nothing about managing Commercial Drivers, and flat out do not care.
