- Management needs education - Almost yearly organisational reconstructions - Business first, People Next - Invest in the employees in terms of education etc. - Lower employee attrition - Company IT needs a serious upgrade. Standard equipment is similar to 2 Core CPU, 4 gb ram, 13 inch monitor with poor resolution - Employees are getting in and out of the company contractual like customers are getting in and out of a revolving door in a shop.
