Pros
Coworkers are very intelligent and friendly, lots of cool projects and things to work on, flexible work environment with hours. If you ask a lot of questions and show that you're up for anything, you can learn a ton.
Cons
For interns the job can be a little unstructured and you may have to ask for work to do, but there is always something to be done. However, those tasks can be menial and/or boring sometimes.
