Great learning experience if you want to learn how to not run an agency.
Cons
Went from 45 employees to 20 in less than 2 years. Lost 3 clients. 1 is on life support. If you ask management, of course it was all their fault. New business? lol! If I were a client I'd really consider looking elsewhere. Managements unwillingness to change is crazy bad. Very disrespectful to peoples beliefs. Very sophomoric atmosphere. And besides, they're are definitely better, hungrier, up and coming agencies in CO. TDA is very 2010.
