Pros
Been there for only a year before looking for new opportunities, but great bonds were forged with the awesome workforce. They made me feel like a part of their family. There is definitely a feeling of low power distance because the CEO and CFO are both very approachable and try to develop a personal relationship with everyone. My supervisor was also very understanding and flexible with employee schedules.
Cons
Vacation and sick days cannot be used until after making one year. Very little holidays are given. Being out sick in the first year means taking leave without pay. Moving up within the company may also be difficult due to the relatively small workforce and low turnover.
