Pros
Showed a lot of faith in my ability in being the first graduate hire and promise of an exciting strategic client position. I was also remunerated pretty well.
Cons
No structure for my development and after a while my training stagnated as I felt they didn't realise the investment required to take on a graduate. Misogynist working environment and discrimination at being the first graduate hire for the business. Archaic management style .
